Withdrawal Information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which
- you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last item.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email, via the contact form, or by post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will send you a confirmation by email together with further instructions for returning the goods.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The return address will be provided to you after you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Compensation for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
(Footwear notice: Trying on shoes as you would in a physical retail store is permitted. Signs of wear beyond normal fitting may result in compensation for diminished value.)
