We deliver to all countries in the European Union.
An expansion to additional countries is planned for the future.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders over EUR 50. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of EUR 12.99 applies.
Shipping carrier: Orders are delivered by DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, or Posti, depending on the destination and warehouse location.
No hidden fees – you only pay the price shown.
Orders are delivered either door-to-door or to pickup points, depending on the destination. We’re working on giving merchants the option to choose, but here’s how it works right now:
Here’s how it currently works:
- Door-to-door delivery: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia.
- Pickup points: All other countries. If an item is too large, the order will be delivered door-to-door instead.
- If there are no pickup points within a 5 km radius, the order will be delivered door-to-door.
We know it’s not a perfect system yet, but we’re actively working on improving it.
Order Processing Time
- Cut-off time: 23:59 (CET/CEST), Central European Time
- Processing time: 1 business day (Monday to Friday)
- Orders placed after 23:59 or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Transit time: 3–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via our website.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
