1. Definitions

Withdrawal Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuous Contract: A distance contract for a series of products and/or services, the delivery or acceptance obligation of which extends over a specific period of time.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers via distance selling.

3. Scope of Application

These terms apply to every offer made by us and to every distance contract concluded between us and the consumer.

4. The Offer

Our offers are non-binding and subject to availability. If an offer has a limited validity period, this will be explicitly stated. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

5. The Contract

A contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the associated conditions. We will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received. Further information can be found in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Obligations of the Consumer During the Withdrawal Period

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the products and packaging with care. In the event of withdrawal, the goods should be returned in their original condition as far as possible.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Certain items are excluded from withdrawal, such as custom-made products or perishable goods. This will be stated in the product description.

9. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of changes to statutory VAT or for other reasons.

10. Conformity and Warranty

Our products comply with the contract, the information provided in the offer, and the usual requirements for reliability and usability. In the event of issues, we refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

11. Delivery and Performance

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer. Processing takes place within 1 business day (CET), and delivery within 3–8 business days. 12. Continuous Contracts

Contracts with an indefinite term may be terminated at any time subject to a notice period of one month.

13. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment systems in accordance with legal and security standards. In the event of late payment, the consumer will be informed. More information can be found in our Payment Policy.

14. Complaints Procedure
