Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, CET). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays.

Simply enter your email address and create a password to complete the registration. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and manage your personal details more easily.

No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. Your payment details are handled directly by these providers in accordance with applicable security and data protection standards.

All prices displayed on our website are in EUR and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. No additional sales tax or hidden fees will be added at checkout.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Expansion to additional countries may be introduced in the future.

In most cases, items from the same order are shipped together. However, if products are shipped separately for logistical reasons, you will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You may return your items within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. We cover the cost of return shipping for all approved returns.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrived damaged, contact us at email [email protected] immediately and include photos of the damage. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

The return address will be provided to you after your return request has been approved. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as returns sent without approval may not be processed.

We do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, if a product is currently unavailable, you may join the waitlist directly on the product page. By joining the waitlist, you will be notified by email once the item is back in stock. Joining the waitlist does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.
