M77 Original Norwegian Combat Boots – Heavy Duty Full-Grain Leather NATO Military Boots, Black

The Legendary M77 – Not a fashion statement, but a piece of tactical equipment.

Forget “sneaker-style” tactical boots that lose their grip at the first sign of frost or have soles that delaminate after one season. The Samelin M77 (famously known as the Norwegian Combat Boot) has been the gold standard for NATO armies in Estonia, Norway, and beyond for decades.

Crafted from massive 2.8–3 mm thick full-grain leather, these boots offer extreme durability and natural water resistance. The direct-injected PU sole ensures that the sole will never separate from the upper—a critical advantage over cheap, glued alternatives. Whether for professional duty, demanding rucking, or as an indestructible winter boot, the M77 is built for environments where failure is not an option.

NATO-Proven & Certified: Manufactured by Samelin according to strict ISO 9001 and NATO AQAP 2110 standards. Trusted by soldiers across Northern Europe for decades.

Ultra-Durable Leather: Made from premium 2.8–3 mm thick full-grain leather that protects the foot and remains water-repellent for years with proper care.

Unbreakable Sole Construction: The direct-injected PU outsole guarantees maximum stability and prevents the common issue of sole peeling in wet or freezing conditions.

Breathable Comfort: Features a specialized Cambrelle textile lining under the tongue to ensure an optimal foot climate—breathable yet moisture-resistant.

Ergonomic Performance: Equipped with an anatomical, antibacterial, and washable insole for long-lasting comfort, even when carrying heavy loads over long distances.

Built to Last: Unlike disposable modern footwear, the M77 is designed for an extremely long lifespan and is fully repairable, making it a sustainable choice for professionals.

What Size to Choose?

What you need: 2 sheets of paper (A4), a pen, and a ruler — and find a hard floor space.

Size guide steps

Step 1. Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Wear the socks you plan to use with your new shoes.

Step 2. Draw a line at the tip of your longest toe.

Step 3. Use your ruler to measure the distance from the edge of the paper (the wall side) to your mark.

Always use the measurement of your larger foot when checking our Size Guide.

If you are unsure between two sizes, take the smaller size – our shoes are larger than average. Our shoes have a wider average last, which is designed to fit the Scandinavian foot.
